Okies!! now i know i have a follower (and chuffed i am!!) i will try and update it regularly to try and get a few more!! (maybe you'll even write comments!!)

ok so since i last wrote not a hell of a lot has happened!! I've done a commision for a friend just before christmas, and possibly have two coming up in the next few months!! makes me feel good to know people are actually liking my art. should try and get more design commisions, but people arent so keen to pay you to make clothes they could probably get in a shop cheaper if they go looking for it.

So this is the first of the commisions ( i was asked to do two) About A3 size, black and white, hint of blue round the outside of the sunnies, and the eye.
I photoshopped the original image, so i could get
clear definations between colours.... No half measures here :)

Ok so the second on is A4 sized...much more complex (for me) and much more rewarding when i finished it.

ok so for now thats all i gotta say :) Ta Ra!!

Arty Stuff

Ok so i started this blog primarily for my work, somewhere to display and promote what i do :) and what i do is design, fashion in particular, but i have been known to design tattoos and other bits of stuff :)

this is the latest custom work i have completed, it was a co-ordinating outfit for a wedding, i created a lightly boned bodice and a puffball elastcated hem skirt. to accompany i also made a corsage, fascinator and shawl.

Getting started!!

OK, so I'm new to this!! basically I saw one of my friends set one up to display her work, so I thought i could do the same....My name is Siobhan!! ATM I am 22 years old, currently in my 2nd year at University studying Fashion design.....I have a few aims for the future, so here goes....straight off the back of uni I'm gonna work from home custom making occasion wear to get some money together....then depending on the opportunities presented to me I want to do one of two things....Fashion styling for musicians, or working of film sets in the wardrobe department.

Yes I'm aiming high...but if I don't, then what is there to achieve....I refuse to be another statistic in my town.....I want to be one of those people they talk about ' ooh didn't she do well....living abroad i think' you know what i mean!!!

Ideally in 5 years time i will living in the great USA.....preferably New York....i have wanted to
ever since I first visited when i was about 12. Yes my life is full of goals....but thats just how i like it. :)
